To place an order on our website, please use our secure shopping and checkout process in our store, at anytime of the day or night, 7 days a week.

Shipping

Here Worldwide Tapestries, we offer Free Shipping to the contiguous USA for orders above $75. For orders to the continental US under $75, there is a flat rate shipping of $35. For orders to international such as as non continental USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Asia there is a flat rate of $35.

While other companies charge you increasing amounts for shipping when you order more items, we offer you a flat rate of $35.

Once you place your order, your order will be processed within 24 hours, and the shipping process will begin in 2 to 3 days. Depending on your shipping address, shipping to the US and Canada will take 12-15 business days, and to the UK, Europe, Australia, Asia and international will take up to 15 business days.

Taxes or duties

Depending on the country that you are in, there may be taxes, VAT or duties for products that you purchase that are imported. If this is the case, the customer is responsible for these taxes or duties.

What happens if my tapestry is not in stock when I order?

If the tapestry you have bought is out of stock, we will let you know how long it will take to come in. Generally, if a tapestry is out of stock at the time you order, it will take between 7-14 days to arrive.

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you'll be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything for any reason or no reason within 30 days. We want you to be 100% happy with the tapestry you receive!
