Here at Worldwide Tapestries, we take care to provide quality items, and hope that you'll be pleased with your order.
But if for some reason you’re not happy with the product or for no reason at all, we'll accept exchanges and returns for up to 30 days.
Here are the details on our exchanges and returns policy.
Exchanges and returns
For exchanges, we will pay the 15% restocking fee when the exchange is for a tapestry worth 50% of the value, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product.
For returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product, and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Note that tapestries must be returned in the condition in which they were received. No credit will be gievn if the product is returned damaged.
Instructions
To arrange an exchange or return, please follow these instructions:
1. Contact the returns department at returns (at) worldwidetapestries.com with your order details.
2. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and instructions on how to return the tapestry.
3. Returned goods must be received within 30 days.
Damaged items
In the unlikely event that you have received the product damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item that it is damaged, at contact (at) worldwidetapestries.com
Otherwise, it will be assumed that you have received the product in good condition.
