Shipping FAQ

What is the price of shipping?

Here at Worldwide Tapestries, we offer free shipping for orders over $75 to the continental US.

For orders outside the continental USA, and internationally, we offer a flat rate of $35 for shipping for any sized order.

While other companies charge higher costs for shipping, including rising costs when you order more than one tapestry, we keep the price at the fixed cost of $35.

How long does it take for the shipping of the tapestries?

Once you place your order, your order will be processed within 24-48 hours.

Depending on your shipping address, shipping to the US and Canada will take 12-15 business days, and to the UK, Europe, Australia, Japan and Asia and international will take up to 15 business days.

If there are any items in your order which are not in stock, it can take up to 7-14 working days, or longer, for the item to be back in stock, before your order is shipped.

Faster/Express shipping

Want faster shipping? If you need faster or express shipping, please email us at contact (at) worldwidetapestries.com with your details.

We will check the availability of the tapestry and you will be informed of the faster or express shipping cost and time for delivery available to your country.

Taxes or duties

Depending on the country that you are in, there may be taxes, VAT or duties for products that you purchase that are imported. If this is the case, the customer is responsible for these taxes or duties.

Where are my tapestries shipped from?

Our tapestries come from Europe from fine tapestry makers in Belgium, France and Italy, as well as from tapestry mills in the US, and are shipped from our warehouses in the US.

What happens if my tapestry is not in stock when I order?

If the tapestry you have bought is out of stock, it can take 7-14 working days or longer, to return to stock, before it can be shipped.
