Horse sense

The work of noted wildlife and animal portrait painter Linda Picken, “Horse Sense” shows two horses in a pasture. Their expressive eyes, curious expressions and perked ears show they’re interested in something not too far off. Born in Ohio, Picken lives in Bentonville, Arkansas these days. Her body of work encompasses nearly every animal imaginable, from dogs and horses to wildlife. Thirty of her works have been selected to become Ducks Unlimited prints. Each is unique, showing the joy and majesty of the animal kingdom. Linda learned her craft at Drake University, then went on to develop her own unique, award-winning style that is so collectible today. This tapestry is lined and has a tunnel for easy hanging.
