O Jerusalem

The work of noted Christian artist Greg Olsen, “O Jerusalem” shows Christ seated on a hill looking down upon the holy city. Beyond, the sun begins to set, casting a lovely golden glow over the valley below. Born in 1958, Olsen was raised in Idaho. After studying at Utah State University, he served briefly as an in-house illustrator in Salt Lake City. He began pursuing a career as a full-time artist two years later. His first show barely covered the cost of marketing and refreshments. Today, his work can be found in the religious temples of more than 20 countries, the Pentagon and the National Collegiate Athletic Association. His imaginative work is filled with wonderful details that bring his works to life. “O Jerusalem” is one of his best-known pieces. This tapestry is lined and comes with loops for hanging on a rod.
