Officer of the Guard - Gericault Cushion Cover

Officer of the Guard, or Cavalier de la Garde jacquard tapestry cushion cover is based on the famous The Charging Chasseur by Theodore Gericault from 1812. Gericault was a French painter in Romantic style and this is his first major work. It was influenced by the style of Rubens which was followed by other studies of horses and cavalrymen. This cushion cover is backed with a lining and has a zipper. Note: infill not included.
