Parc A La Francaise I tapestry shows the fountain and river in a lush garden park, in the style of 17th century verdures. This piece is a detail of the larger work, and here we see the gushing fountain and statues, a feature of the parklands and the greenery of the lawns, foliage and trees with the path leading the to the distance on the left. True to the style of the 17th century verdures, we see the leaves and foliage rendered in the characteristic shapely style. This tapestry is backed with a lining and a tunnel for easy hanging. Note: tapestry rods and tassels, where pictured, are not included in the price.
