Two Peasant Women tapestry is based on the work of Van Gogh of peasant women digging in the field with snow. Here we see a work based on impressionist artist Van Gogh, who created the original painting in Saint-Remy between March and April in 1890. We see the two women in the fields which are partially snow covered, as winter ends and spring begins. The characteristic sense of movement in this work is seen, a hallmark of the work of Van Gogh. Two Peasant Women tapestry is backed with a lining and has a rod pocket for easy hanging. Note: tapestry rod and tassels, where pictured, are purchased separately.
