If you respond to a survey, then your name, email (if provided), responses, time and date of response, and IP address will be sent to our survey software provider (Surveymonkey.com).

If you post a comment on our blog, your name, email address, comment, time and date and IP address will be sent to us. Your name and message will be visible on the blog.

For order processing, information including your name, address, contact information and order notes are provided to our payment processor Eway.com.au/Stripe.com (multiple international locations), third party suppliers, couriers or postal services (eg for physical products, the country of the companies used depends on your shipping address), and any other entities required for the fulfilment of your order upon order processing. Credit card information obtained during online order processing is sent securely via Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) encryption to our gateway payment processor Stripe.com. We do not store credit card information on our website.

If you are a customer, we me may email you information about product specials, coupons or offers, or other marketing information regarding our store and website. We use a third party email service provider Brevo.com (European Union) to store your name and email address and to send out such emails. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link or following the instructions on the bottom of these emails.

Optin Forms on our website are provided by Brevo.com (European Union), which if you fill in the name and email fields to receive coupons and marketing materials from us, are stored by Brevo.com. If you wish to unsubscribe from these emails you can click on the unsubscribe link in the emails, or contact us.

Data from online surveys are collected and stored by our online survey provider Survey Monkey (multiple international locations).
