If you respond to a survey, then your name, email (if provided), responses, time and date of response, and IP address will be sent to our survey software provider (Survey Monkey).

If posting a comment on our blog, your name, email address, comment, time and date and IP address will be sent to our database. Your name and message will be visible on the blog as a comment.

When do we collect personal information?

We collect personal information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, subscribe to obtain a coupon or discount, subscribe to receive information, respond to a survey, fill out a form, submit a blog comment, use live chat, open a support ticket or enter information on our site, or provide us with feedback on our products or services.

Do we use Cookies?

Third-party disclosure

For order processing, information including your name, address, contact information and order notes are provided to payment gateway and processors, third party suppliers, couriers or postal services, and any other entities required for the fulfilment of your order upon order processing.

Credit card information obtained during online order processing is sent securely via Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) encryption to our gateway payment processor (Eway). We do not store credit card information on our website.
