Celtic Tree of Life

This tapestry “Celtic Tree of Life” is an abstract representation of the sacred Tree of Knowledge by Welsh artist Jen Delyth. Her Celtic Tree of Life design was created in the 1990s and represents one of the most well known icons. Known as the Mother Tree and the World Tree, the Tree of Life has multilayers of meanings. It represents the interconnectedness of all living things and her design has the tree branches connecting into each other in an infinite way to reflect this.
