Cheval da Vinci Cushion Cover

Cheval Da Vinci Tapestry Cushion Cover shows the illustration of the horse by Leonardo Da Vinci. The Italian Renaissance artist and scientist, Da Vinci (1452-1519) was both an exquisite artist and scientist at the same time. This is perhaps why his works of art are so well loved, as he showed both anatomical accuracy as well as beauty. The works of the Renaissance were known for their increasing accuracy to realism, as compared to the art eras before them. Here we see a figure from Leonardo’s study of horses in his journal. He drew many creatures as well as humans as studies. The horse is seen here from his equestrian studies and he used these for preparations before creating sculptures of horses. One even included the drawing of St George and the Dragon. Here the horse is walking and displaying his musculature. Cheval Da Vinci Tapestry Cushion Cover is backed with a lining and has a zipper.
