We see gorgeously detailed foliage through the piece, together with a fine arrangement of flowers in full bloom on an urn beside a column which is decorated with a red drape. The way the colors flow from the foreground to the mistier background is truly beautiful. This tapestry, hand woven in 100% wool, reflects the techniques in design used by the famous Aubusson tapestry production houses in 18th century France.
