This handwoven tapestry "Handwoven Le Palais Royal" shows a castle scene of the Royal Residences. This fine hand woven tapestry shows the famous castle of Versailles and in its series depicting the months, it represents the month of April the original of which was produced by the famous Royal Gobelins Manufactory of France. Here we see the gorgeous columns in the castle grounds decorated extravagantly with and blue gold, and multi colored blankets, basket of fruits, melons and fruit vines and garlands of flowers overhead with vines growing over the columns. The nobles hunting in the background gardens of the French palace can be seen. This handwoven tapestry "Handwoven Le Palais Royal" is lined, and has a rod pocket for easy hanging.
