Lake Como

Similar to "Royalty at Lake Como", "Lake Como" is set at the same location, but the nobles have obviously retired to the villa for the day as they are absent. Instead, the benches and the temple beyond are empty, leaving the place to you alone. Italy's Lake Como takes up the expansive vista to your left. A stone path through the lovely gardens leads to a viewpoint beyond. To the right is the Renaissance styled temple that is part of the villa's gardens and grounds. This is a delight of peace, beauty and tranquility. The artist, who's incorrectly said to be Francois Boucher but is actually unknown, has captured the scene brilliantly. The work was based on three paintings from the 17th century but is a true work of art all its own. "Lake Como" is lined at the back and has a tunnel for easy hanging.
