Here at Worldwide Tapestries, we take care to provide quality items, and hope that you'll be pleased with your order.

Please note, that the return policy below applies to all tapestries, except for the specific category of handwoven tapestries.

For handwoven tapestries, as these are individually hand crafted to order, all sales are final and no returns or refunds are accepted.

Return Policy

If for some reason you’re not happy with the product, we'll accept exchanges and returns if returned within 30 days of receiving the order.

Here are the details on our exchanges and returns policy.

Exchanges and returns

For exchanges or returns, you must notify us within 7 days or receiving the order.

For returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product/s to a location/s in the USA. The return address of some items will be in the United Kingdom. Once returned in good condition, you will be refunded the product price minus 20% restocking fee. The original shipping cost of the order is not refunded. If the items being returned were sent from different locations, then the items must be sent to the locations from which they sent from, or as directed by us.

For exchanges, there will be no restocking fee for exchanges for a tapestry of same or greater value, otherwise there is a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product/s to a location/s in the USA, or for some items, to a location in the United Kingdom. The customer will pay the shipping cost of the new replacement tapestry. If the items being returned were sent from different locations, then the items must be sent to the locations from which they sent from, or as directed by us.

For returns or exchanges, products must be returned in the condition in which they were received. No credit will be given if the product is returned damaged, used or lost.

Instructions

To arrange an exchange or return, please follow these instructions:

1. Contact use at contact@worldwidetapestries.com with your order details within 7 days of receipt of the item.

2. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and instructions on how to return the tapestry.

3. Returned goods must be received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Damaged items

In the unlikely event that you have received the product damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item that it is damaged, at contact@worldwidetapestries.com

Otherwise, it will be assumed that you have received the product in good condition.
