Cupid

Cupid tapestry shows a charming cupid throwing flowers and petals into a decorative scene filled with flowers. In this scene we see a drape which is overladen by a wreath of flowers in bloom all around the cherub as he goes about distributing flowers, to represent love and romance. Cupid was portrayed as the son of Mars and Venus in Roman and Greek mythology, often with a bow and arrow to represent his ability to make people fall in love. This tapestry "Cupid" is lined and has a tunnel for easy hanging.
